If you're seeing a message that you can’t order a new card right now, it’s likely because you recently requested one. To prevent duplicate card orders, Ferry has a 30-day waiting period between card requests.
We do this to make sure your card has enough time to arrive and to avoid sending multiple cards by mistake. Most cards arrive within 7–10 business days, but depending on the mail service, it may take a bit longer.
