Yes—you can freeze your Ferry card any time through these quick steps:
- Log in to your Ferry account through the Ferry Pay app or https://app.useferry.com
- Go to the Manage Card section
- Click Freeze Card
- Confirm by clicking the Freeze button
Please note that all transactions will be disabled while your card is frozen.
To unfreeze your card, all you need to do is return to the Manage Card page, click Unfreeze Card, and confirm.
