I ordered a new card, but it never arrived—what do I do?

If you ordered a personalized Ferry card and have not received it after one month, follow these steps:

1. Check Your Address

  • Ensure your mailing address is correct in your Ferry account.
  • If your address is incorrect, update it in your account settings.

2. Contact Ferry Support

  • Cards typically arrive within 7–10 business days, but allow up to one month in case of delivery delays.
  • If your card was returned to Ferry due to an address issue, we may be able to reship the same card instead of closing it and ordering a new one. This helps avoid unnecessary fees.

If your new card is still missing after one month, reach out to Ferry Support for further assistance.
