What should I do if my card is damaged?

If your card has been damaged, you can request a replacement in your Ferry account by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Ferry account through the Ferry Pay app or https://app.useferry.com.
  2. Go to the Manage Card section.
  3. Click Reissue Card.
  4. Select "My card has been lost or stolen" as the reason for replacement.
  5. Review your mailing address and click Edit if you need to send your new card to a different address.
  6. Click Reissue Card to confirm your replacement request.

Your new personalized card should arrive within 7-10 business days. If you need a temporary card for physical transactions in the meantime, please contact your manager.
