What should I do if my card is damaged?

If you need a new card because yours was damaged, you can replace it by reporting your card as damaged in your Ferry account through the steps below: 

  1. Log in to your Ferry account through the Ferry Pay app or https://app.useferry.com 
  2. Go to the Manage Card section 
  3. Click Reissue Card 
  4. Select “My card is damaged” as your reason for the replacement request 
  5. Review your mailing address 
    1. Click Edit to send your card somewhere other than the billing address associated with your Ferry account
  6. Click Reissue Card button to confirm your personalized card replacement order 

Your new personalized Ferry card can be expected to arrive at the address you confirmed within approximately 7-10 business days. Your current Ferry card will remain active and can still be used for online transactions. If you need a card for physical transactions in the meantime and yours is too damaged, you can get a new temporary card from your manager.
