How long will it take for my new Ferry card to arrive?

Once your Ferry card has been ordered, it should arrive within 7-10 business days at the address you provided.

If it has been one month or longer and your card has not arrived, you can request a new card from within your Ferry app by following the steps below:

  1. Login to your Ferry account
  2. Navigate to the Manage Card page
  3. Click “Reissue Card”
  4. Select “My card never arrived”
  5. Confirm your mailing address
  6. Click Reissue card

Please note that you will not be able to order another card until 30 days have passed since your last card order.

If your card was returned due to a delivery issue, we may be able to reship the same card instead of ordering a new one to avoid unnecessary fees. If you believe your card was shipped to the wrong address, please reach out to support@useferry.com so we can investigate further.
