Yes! When ordering a new Ferry card, you can choose to have it sent to a different address.
If Ordering the Card Yourself:
- You will have the option to enter a different mailing address during the ordering process.
If Receiving Assistance from Support:
- Let the support team know your preferred shipping address when requesting a card replacement.
Important Notes:
- If you have trouble receiving mail at your home address, you may choose an alternative address. This will not update your billing address permanently, but will be used as a one-time shipping address.
- We cannot send cards to PO Box addresses at this time.
