What is my PIN and how do I change it if I forget it?

You will create a PIN when you activate your card.

If you forget your PIN, you can reset it through your Ferry account any time by following these steps: 

  1. Log in to your Ferry account through the Ferry Pay app or https://app.useferry.com 
  2. Go to the Manage Card section 
  3. Click Manage PIN 
  4. Verify your identity with a one time passcode sent to you via text or email
  5. Set your new PIN
  6. Click Continue 

That’s it! You can now use your Ferry card with that PIN moving forward.
