Once you receive a personalized Ferry card in the mail, you can activate it by calling us at +1 (424) 766-5077 using the number associated with your Ferry account and following the automated prompts or you can activate it through your Ferry account using the steps below:
Activating your Personalized Card
- Log in to your Ferry account through the Ferry Pay app or https://app.useferry.com
- Go to the Manage Card section
- Click Activate
- Under “How did you receive your new Ferry card?”, select “I got a card in the mail.”
- Enter the last 4 digits of the card number and expiration date (MM/YY) on the back of the new card
- Click Continue
- Set your desired PIN
- Click Continue
Your new card is now activated and ready for use!
Once your new card is active, your old card will be automatically closed, so be sure to update any recurring payments (like bills or subscriptions).
