How to Activate a New Temporary Ferry Card

If you received a new Ferry card from your manager—such as when replacing a lost or stolen card while waiting for your new personalized card to arrive—you can activate it in your Ferry account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Ferry account through the Ferry Pay app or https://app.useferry.com
  2. Go to the Manage Card section
  3. Click Activate
  4. Under “How did you receive your new Ferry card?”, select “I have a temporary card from my manager.”
  5. Enter the 8-digit Card ID located on the back of the card (under the card number).
  6. Click Continue
  7. Set your desired PIN 
  8. Click Continue

Your new card is now activated and ready for use!
