If you received a new Ferry card from your manager—such as when replacing a lost or stolen card while waiting for your new personalized card to arrive—you can activate it in your Ferry account by following these steps:
- Log in to your Ferry account through the Ferry Pay app or https://app.useferry.com
- Go to the Manage Card section
- Click Activate
- Under “How did you receive your new Ferry card?”, select “I have a temporary card from my manager.”
- Enter the 8-digit Card ID located on the back of the card (under the card number).
- Click Continue
- Set your desired PIN
- Click Continue
Your new card is now activated and ready for use!
