If you are having trouble adding your Ferry card to your device's mobile wallet, we recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below:
- Ensure the card is activated - only active cards can be added to mobile wallet
- Ensure the card is chipped - temporary cards cannot be added to mobile wallet (1) because they are meant to be temporary (2) they will not pass the security checks done by mobile wallet providers
- Double check the information - card number, CVV and Expiration date need to be entered exactly as shown on the back of the card
