Ferry is available for Apple Pay and Google Pay. Ferry is not available for Samsung Pay.
If you are having trouble adding your Ferry card to your device's mobile wallet, we recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below:
- Ensure the card is activated - only active cards can be added to the mobile wallet
- Ensure the card is chipped - temporary cards cannot be added to a mobile wallet (1) because they are meant to be temporary (2), and they will not pass the security checks done by mobile wallet providers
- Double check the information - card number, CVV, and Expiration date need to be entered exactly as shown on the back of the card
- For an Apple wallet, if you receive an error saying to contact Ferry support, try deleting the card and re-adding it to your wallet.
