When will I receive a personalized card?

Once you have been at your job for about a month, you will see a popup in your Ferry account with the option to order a free personalized card.

Once you confirm your mailing address, a personalized Ferry card with your name and an EMV chip will be issued. You will receive an email when the card is shipped, and it should take about 7-10 business days to arrive. 

Alternatively, you can request a personalized card anytime in your Ferry app by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your Ferry account through the Ferry Pay app or https://app.useferry.com.
2. Go to the Manage Card section.
3. Click Reissue Card.
4. Select "Request a Personalized Card" as the reason for replacement.
5. Review your mailing address and click Edit if you need to send your new card to a different address.
6. Click Reissue Card to confirm your replacement request.
