Where is my instant transfer?

If you haven’t received your instant transfer, follow these steps to check its status:

1. Check your Ferry account

Log into your Ferry account and review your activity history shown under Latest Transactions. If the transfer failed, the funds may have already been returned to your Ferry balance.

2. Verify the external account

Make sure you’re checking the correct bank account—the money should be waiting for you in the one linked to the debit card used for the transfer.

3. Check your inbox

If the funds haven't returned to your Ferry balance and they’re not in your external account, look for an email from Ferry notifying you of the transfer failure and the rejection reason. We recommend checking your Spam or Other folders as well, in case the email was incorrectly filtered out by your email settings. 

4. Contact Ferry Support

If the transfer amount was not returned to your Ferry account with a transfer failure email, reach out to Ferry Support with the date and dollar amount of the transfer so we can investigate for you.
