How to initiate an instant transfer

You can transfer funds instantly to your external bank account by following these steps:

1. Log into your Ferry account via the Ferry Pay app or app.useferry.com.
2. Navigate to the Move Money section.
3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
4. Under Transfer Speed, select Instant.
5. Click Select Destination and choose your linked debit card.
   • If you haven't linked one yet, click Add and follow the prompts to enter your debit card details.
6. Review your transfer details and confirm the transaction.

Note: Instant transfers typically arrive within minutes, but in some cases, it may take longer depending on your bank. If your transfer fails, check your Latest Transactions to see if the funds were returned to your Ferry account or review our instant transfer troubleshooting guide. 

*The applicable fee for instant transfers is 1.75% of the total, up to $25.
