The Ferry Pay app will automatically match your device’s language (English or Spanish) when first installed. However, you can change it anytime through your account settings.
To update your language preference:
- Log in to your Ferry account via the Ferry Pay app
- Navigate to the Account section.
- Click on Language.
- Select your preferred language (English or Spanish).
Once changed, the app’s interface and displayed information will update accordingly.
Important Note About Spanish Support:
At this time, Ferry Support does not provide live customer support in Spanish. However, we recognize that many of our cardholders’ primary language is Spanish, and we do our best to accommodate them using available translation tools.
