How to Verify Your Phone Number or Email Address in Your Ferry Account

To update your phone number or email address in your Ferry account, the other contact information (phone or email) must first be verified. Here’s how to complete the verification process:

Steps to Verify Your Phone Number or Email Address

  1. Log into the Ferry app and go to the Account > My Profile section.
  2. If your phone number or email address is unverified, you’ll see an option to "Verify Now" next to it.
  3. Click "Verify Now" to initiate the verification process.
  4. A One-Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent to your verified contact method:
    • If your phone is verified, the OTP will be sent there.
    • If your phone is not verified, the OTP will default to your verified email address.
  5. Enter the OTP in the app when prompted to confirm verification.

Important Notes:

  • You can only update your verified phone number or email address once the other contact information has been verified.
  • Make sure both your phone and email are verified to ensure smooth updates to your account information.
