New users are prompted to activate biometric login—such as Touch ID, Fingerprint, or Face ID—during account registration. This option appears after activating your card and setting a card PIN.
If biometric login was not enabled during registration, you can always turn it on later through your account settings. Manage your biometric login selection any time through these steps:
- Log into Your Ferry account
Open the Ferry Pay app or visit https://app.useferry.com/ and log in using biometrics or one-time password - Navigate to the “Account” section
- Open the "Settings" tab
- Select “Security Settings”
- Toggle Biometric Login On or Off
If the option is unavailable, check your mobile device’s app permission settings to ensure biometrics are enabled.
Once updated, your biometric settings will be saved immediately, allowing you to control how you access your account.
