Step 1: Confirm Your Information with Your Manager 

Verify your Date of Birth (DOB) and your Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) with your manager to ensure the correct information is saved in your employer’s records. 

Step 2: Contact Ferry Support 

If your details are correct but you still see the error, contact Ferry Support with: 

  • The last four digits of your SSN.
  • Your date of birth

Ferry Support will ensure the information matches what’s in the system and assist with any necessary corrections to get you set up correctly.
