How do I set up my Ferry account for the first time?

  1. Once your manager gives you an Instant Issue card, you'll need to head to or download the Ferry mobile app.
  2. Click "Register" on the login screen
  3. Click “Let’s get started” to begin the registration process
  4. Enter your date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
    1. Note: this information must match the information on file with your employer. If we are unable to locate your account, please contact your manager to ensure the information you entered is correct
  5. Verify the information on your account. We received this information from your employer, and it may need to be updated if it is out of date. 
    1. If you need to update your information, select “Yes, but I need to update my information”. The Ferry Support team will reach out to you to update your information.
  6. Log into Ferry using a one-time passcode sent to either your phone or your email
  7. Agree to the terms and conditions
  8. Activate your card by entering the card ID located on the back of your Ferry Payroll Card
  9. Choose a PIN
  10. Choose if you want to enable location sharing, push notifications, and biometric ID (if on a mobile device). You can always change this later in your settings. 
  11. Click “Start Using Ferry”!
