After receiving a Ferry Payroll Card from your manager, follow these steps to set up your new Ferry account:
Step 1: Access the Ferry Registration Page
- Download the Ferry Pay mobile app and click "Register" on the login screen or visit https://app.useferry.com/onboarding/ in a web browser.
Step 2: Begin the Registration Process
- Grab your Ferry card and click "Let’s get started!" whenever you’re ready.
- Enter your date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
- Ensure this information matches what your employer has on file. If there’s an issue locating your account, contact your manager to verify your information.
Step 3: Verify and Update Your Account Information
- Review the account details displayed. This information was provided by your employer and may need to be updated.
- If your information needs to be updated:
- Select “Yes, but I need to update my information”
- Update the information as needed
- Click “Update”
- Verify and Confirm the new information
Step 4: Verify Your Contact Information
- Enter the one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your phone or email to confirm your contact details.
Step 5: Terms and Conditions and Wage Payment Election Switch
- Read and agree to the terms and conditions if you wish to proceed.
- Determine if you would like Ferry to update your Wage Payment Election with your employer (if you have not already done so) in order to ensure that your wages will be deposited to your Ferry account.
Step 6: Activate Your Ferry Card and Finalize Your Account Setup
- Activate your card by entering the card ID located on the back of your Ferry Payroll Card.
- Set a PIN for your card.
- If on a mobile device, decide whether to enable location sharing, push notifications, and biometric ID. These preferences can be updated later in your settings.
- Click "Start Using Ferry!"
