Can I download my transaction history?

Yes, you can download up to 90 days worth of transaction history at once from your Ferry account. Follow the instructions below to request a written transaction history.

  1. On the home page of your Ferry account, click "View All" next to "Latest Transactions".
  2. Click the download button at the top right of the page.
  3. Select the time period you want to download. If you choose a custom date range, you can download up to 90 days of transaction data at a time. 
  4. Your request will be processed and an email will be sent once the file is ready.
  5. You will receive an email with a link to download your transaction history. Please note that this link is only available for 72 hours. After that, you will need to request the transaction history again from your Ferry account.
