Your employer sets a maximum number of hours per shift that are eligible for Express Pay. This limit helps ensure Express Pay amounts align with typical work patterns.
If you work a shift that’s longer than this maximum, only the hours up to that limit will be available for Express Pay.
You can see the number of hours that were made available if you click on the shift in your Express Pay transaction history.
Example:
If you worked a 13-hour shift, but your employer’s maximum eligible shift length is 12 hours, you’ll be able to access 12 hours’ worth of wages for that shift through Express Pay.
