What do I do if my shift history is incorrect?

Ferry receives your shift history data directly from your employer. If you believe there is an issue with your shift history, please contact your employer’s payroll department directly. 

We are not always able to update your historical shift data for a pay period in your Ferry account if your employer changes or updates your shift data. For example, if you forgot to clock out and the Express Pay shift details page shows that you worked for 24 hours, your employer may fix that in their system. However, that update may not be reflected in Ferry.  

You should always refer to your employer for accurate details on your shifts and earnings.
