Why did my Express Pay Balance reset?

On the last day of the pay period (typically a week before payday), any earned but unpaid wages are processed as part of your regular payroll cycle. This means that your Express Pay balance resets to zero, and those funds will be included in your next paycheck. This happens at the end of every pay period to ensure all earnings are accounted for properly in payroll.

Starting the next day (the first day of the next pay period), any new eligible shifts you work will begin accumulating in your Express Pay balance for the new pay period. You’ll be able to access a portion of those earnings just as you have in the past.
