With Express Pay, you can generally access up to 50% of the hourly wages you earn each pay period, minus any applicable fees for your chosen transfer options. This amount is added to your Express Pay balance in as little as two hours after the end of each eligible shift.
The portion of your earned wages not added to your Express Pay balance is set aside to cover estimated taxes, deductions, and other withholdings, which are calculated and withheld when your employer processes payroll.
Please note that Ferry may adjust the percentage of earned wages available through Express Pay based on historical data.
