Dispute investigations can take up to 90 days from the date the dispute was reported. Updates about your dispute will be sent to the email address associated with your Ferry account.
If you have questions or need to provide additional information, reply directly to the email thread with the Disputes team. If you haven’t received an update and it has been close to 90 days, check your spam or junk folder in case the email was incorrectly filtered out of your inbox.
