How to dispute a transaction

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or incorrect, you can file a dispute through your Ferry account by following these steps:

  1. Log into your Ferry account via the Ferry Pay app or app.useferry.com.
  2. Click on the View All button to open your Transaction History
  3. Click on the transaction you wish to dispute.
  4. Choose the reason for your dispute.
  5. Fill out the dispute form with the required details.
  6. Click Submit to send your dispute for review.

Note: If you do not see the option to dispute the transaction, it is not eligible for dispute.

The following types of transactions are ineligible for disputes: 

  1. Deposits
  2. Instant transfers
  3. Transactions that occurred more than 120 days ago
  4. Pending transactions
  5. Authorization holds
  6. Declined transactions
  7. $0 transactions
  8. Fees
