If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or incorrect, you can file a dispute through your Ferry account by following these steps:
- Log into your Ferry account via the Ferry Pay app or app.useferry.com.
- Click on the View All button to open your Transaction History
- Click on the transaction you wish to dispute.
- Choose the reason for your dispute.
- Fill out the dispute form with the required details.
- Click Submit to send your dispute for review.
Note: If you do not see the option to dispute the transaction, it is not eligible for dispute.
The following types of transactions are ineligible for disputes:
- Deposits
- Instant transfers
- Transactions that occurred more than 120 days ago
- Pending transactions
- Authorization holds
- Declined transactions
- $0 transactions
- Fees
