What do I do if my tips are late?

If you haven’t received your tips within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

Wait at Least 24 Hours

In some cases, tips may take extra time to process. If your expected tip payment hasn’t arrived, wait at least 24 hours before taking further action.

Check with Your Manager

If your tips are still missing after 24 hours, reach out to your manager. They may have additional information about processing delays or any issues affecting payouts.

Contact Us

If your manager is unable to resolve the issue, contact Ferry Support with the exact dollar amount of your missing tips. Providing this information will help us investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
