I no longer want to use Express Pay. How do I cancel/terminate?

You can stop participating in Express Pay by going to the Settings page in your Ferry Account, clicking “Express Pay”, then “Account Cancelation” and following the instructions.

Please note that while you can request to cancel your participation in Express Pay at any time, Ferry may still receive one final paycheck from your employer to cover any funds you transferred out of your Express Pay Balance during the pay period. Once we receive this final check and your Reimbursement Amount is covered, your Express Pay Account will be fully closed.

If you choose to re-enroll in Express Pay, you can do so any time after the initial cancellation process has been completed. If your account is still pending cancellation, you will not be able to re-enroll.
