Why can’t I use Express Pay?

There are a variety of reasons why you might not be able to use Express Pay during the current pay cycle, including:

  1. You live or work in a state where Express Pay is not offered
  2. Your Express Pay account is currently pending cancellation
  3. Ferry has determined that you are ineligible for Express Pay
  4. It is within 3 days of your next pay day
  5. Your employer does not currently offer Express Pay
