How to Pay Bills with your Ferry Paycard

Paying bills with your Ferry Paycard is easy, but it's important to pay close attention to a few key details to ensure your payment goes through smoothly.

  1. Log in to Your Bill Payment Platform
Whether you're paying your utility bill, rent, or any other bill, start by logging into the payment platform of the company you're paying.

  2. Choose the Payment Method
When prompted to choose a payment method, select the option to pay via a debit card, checking account, or savings account. Your Ferry Paycard can be used for any of these options, but it's important to know the difference between your card number and your account number when entering details.

  3. Enter the Correct Information: Card Number vs. Account Number

    • Card Number: Use this if you're paying by debit card. You can find your card number on the back of your Ferry Paycard or in the Manage Card section of your Ferry app. Be sure to also enter the card's expiration date and CVV (the 3-digit security code on the back of the card).

    • Account Number: If you're asked for an account number (such as when paying via checking account), do not use your card number. Your account number is different and can be found in your Ferry app under "Account Details" on the home page.Frame 1171277886.png

  4. Bank Name
When asked for the name of the bank, make sure to enter Community Federal Savings Bank. This is the issuing bank associated with your Paycard. Do not enter "Ferry," which is the card name, not the bank.

  5. Routing Number
If you're required to enter a routing number, you can find this in under your Account Number in your Account Details. This number is crucial for ensuring the payment goes through properly.

  6. Confirm Your Payment Details
Double-check that all the details you've entered are correct. Confirm the amount you're paying, and then submit your payment.
