If you work in Connecticut, instant transfers are only available to your Ferry Payroll Card. This is because Connecticut regulations don’t allow us to charge fees for transfers—unlike in other states.
Since our instant transfer partner charges us a fee each time a transfer is made to an external account, we aren’t able to offer that service to Ferry Payroll Cards in Connecticut at this time.
If you need your funds sent to an account other than your Ferry account, you have two options:
- Make a standard transfer to a linked bank account. This will take about 3-5 business days to complete.
- Make an instant transfer from your Express Pay Balance to your Ferry account and then initiate another instant transfer from your Ferry account to your desired destination account.
