What Should I Do If There Is an Unauthorized Transaction on My Account?

If you notice an unauthorized transaction:

  1. Freeze your card immediately through the Manage Card section in your Ferry account.
  2. Review your transaction history to check for any additional unauthorized activity.
  3. File a dispute for the unauthorized transaction by:
    • Opening your Transaction History in your Ferry account.
    • Selecting the transaction.
    • Choosing the reason for your dispute and submitting the form.
  4. Contact Ferry Support if you need further assistance.
