To add a bank account for Standard Transfers, you can follow the process below:
- Navigate to the Move Money page in your Ferry account
- Enter the amount you wish to transfer
- Select "Standard" as your transfer speed
- Under "Transfer to", click "Select Destination"
- Click "Add" next to "New Destination
- Under "Select new account type", click "Bank Account"
- Enter the account holder’s first and last name
- No spaces or special characters. If a customer has 2 last names or a hyphenated last name, they will need to either select one name or try combining them
- Enter the Account Number
- Enter the Routing Number
- Add an account nickname (optional) — example: ‘BofA Savings’
- Select the account type (Checking or Savings)
- Click Continue
- Review the details
- Click Save & Select
