How do I link a bank account for Standard Transfers?

To add a bank account for Standard Transfers, you can follow the process below:

  1. Navigate to the Move Money page in your Ferry account
  2. Enter the amount you wish to transfer
  3. Select "Standard" as your transfer speed
  4. Under "Transfer to", click "Select Destination"
  5. Click "Add" next to "New Destination
  6. Under "Select new account type", click "Bank Account"
  7. Enter the account holder’s first and last name
    1. No spaces or special characters. If a customer has 2 last names or a hyphenated last name, they will need to either select one name or try combining them
  8. Enter the Account Number
  9. Enter the Routing Number
  10. Add an account nickname (optional) — example: ‘BofA Savings’
  11. Select the account type (Checking or Savings)
  12. Click Continue
  13. Review the details
  14. Click Save & Select
