If you received a new instant issue card from your manager (if your card was lost or stolen and you are waiting for a new card to arrive in the mail), you can follow the instructions below to activate the card in your Ferry account:

Login to your Ferry account at https://app.useferry.com/

Click on Card Management

Click Activate Card

Under “How did you receive your new Ferry card?”, select “I have a temporary card from my manager.”

Enter the 8 digit Card ID located on the back of the card under the card number

Click “Continue”

Create a PIN
-
Click “Continue”
-
Your card is now activated!
