How do I activate a new Instant Issue Card?

If you received a new instant issue card from your manager (if your card was lost or stolen and you are waiting for a new card to arrive in the mail), you can follow the instructions below to activate the card in your Ferry account:

  1. Login to your Ferry account at https://app.useferry.com/

  2. Click on Card Management

  3. Click Activate Card

  4. Under “How did you receive your new Ferry card?”, select “I have a temporary card from my manager.”

  5. Enter the 8 digit Card ID located on the back of the card under the card number

  6. Click “Continue”

  7. Create a PIN

  8. Click “Continue”

  9. Your card is now activated!
