How do I change my notification preferences?

  1. Login to your Ferry account
  2. Click the Account button in the bottom right corner 
  3. Click Settings
  4. Select Notifications
  5. You can customize your notifications by toggling on and off email and push notifications for each alert


For some notifications, you can set a notification threshold (so you are only notified when that threshold is met) by clicking the pencil icon next to the notification.


Some notifications (like card activation alerts) contain important information about your account and therefore cannot be turned off. If a notification is not listed in your notifications settings, you are not able to adjust that notification setting.
