Why was my transaction declined?

Transactions may be declined for a variety of reasons, including:

  • Ferry does not support the merchant or transaction type you attempted 
  • Your card is currently inactive or frozen
  • Your card information (card number, CVV, or expiration date) was entered incorrectly
  • Completing the transaction would have overdrawn your account
  • The transaction was flagged as suspicious

 

If your transaction is declined, check your email for more information about the reason for the decline.
