How do I dispute a transaction?

  1. Open your Transaction History in your Ferry account
  2. Click on the transaction you wish to dispute
  3. Choose the reason for your dispute
  4. Fill out the dispute form 
  5. Click Submit

If you do not see the option to dispute the transaction, it can no longer be disputed. Please reach out to Ferry Support for more information.
